Policies & FAQ's
AGA Policies
Membership Fee:
All athletes are required to maintain an active membership. The membership fee covers insurance, facility and equipment maintenance, safety compliance, and administrative expenses. This fee is separate from tuition and is non-refundable. An active membership is required to participate in classes, team training, camps, and events. Membership fee is $50 per student yearly $75 family max.
PAYMENT:
Tuition is due on the 25th of each month. Payments made after the 25th are considered late; however, a $10 late fee will not be applied unless the balance remains unpaid as of the 1st of the following month. If tuition is not paid by the 10th of the month, your child may not attend class until the account is brought current. For example, if tuition is due on January 25th and is not paid until January 30th, no late fee will be charged. If the balance is still unpaid on February 1st, the $10 late fee will then be applied. Late fees will be taken from any subsequent payments before the next month's tuition is credited. All monies paid to AGA are non-refundable. An automatic payment option is available. Please contact the Front Desk to unenroll in the automatic payment program. We appreciate your timely payments, as they help us keep everything running smoothly for all families. Thank you for your cooperation.
MAKE UP POLICY:
If you miss a class due to a serious illness or injury, we will allow a make up if a DOCTORS' Excuse is provided. We can NOT refund and/or prorate tuition due to missed classes. Make ups will be provided for classes cancelled due to inclement weather. Please make every effort to attend your regularly scheduled class and arrive on time in order for your child to receive the most benefit from their gymnastics experience. You will be more likely to see growth and improvement with consistent attendance.
DROP POLICY:
A TWO(2) WEEK NOTICE provided to the FRONT DESK is required for withdrawal from AGA. The Fall Schedule runs for the entire school year (Summer Schedule is for June and July), and we will hold your space in a class until you tell us otherwise. Please remember AGA bases its tuition on four (4) week blocks and not on a thirty-one (31) day calendar. For example, if there are five (5) Mondays in the month of August, the fifth/last Monday would actually be considered the first day of the next month("September"). Please notify the Front Desk and NOT the coach, if you are planning to discontinue your enrollment at AGA.
